But wait! You must first look for this Motorola, an MRF1946A (Q1) RF Power Transistor... which is the main component in the Linear Power Amplifier.
Or as alternative would be Philips BLW60 RF Power Transistor which is used in Midland 73-009 30 watts VHF Booster.
